1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Haraya Systems' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Haraya Systems provides AI-powered chatbot solutions for Facebook Pages, enabling businesses to automate customer support via Facebook Messenger. The service includes a web-based dashboard, chatbot configuration, and AI response generation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business. By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Haraya Systems to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including Philippine law
- Distribute spam, misleading content, or harmful material through Messenger
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
- Violate Meta's Platform Policies or Messenger Terms
5. Subscription and Payment
Haraya Systems offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. All fees are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our service uses AI language models to generate chatbot replies. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your chatbot to align with your business information. Haraya Systems is not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content sent to your customers.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Meta, Anthropic), or unforeseen events may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Haraya Systems platform, software, and branding belong to us. Your business data and custom configurations remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haraya Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the platform at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
