Through the chatbot: When a customer sends a message to a Facebook Page powered by Haraya Systems, we process the content of that message to generate an AI reply. We do not store message content beyond what is needed to maintain conversation context within an active session.

Through this website: If you submit an inquiry via our contact form, we collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of responding to your request.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate AI-powered replies on behalf of the business you are messaging
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our service
• Respond to inquiries submitted through our website

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Conversation history used for AI context is retained in-memory for a maximum of 10 minutes per session, after which it is automatically discarded. We do not maintain a long-term database of individual conversations.

• Meta (Facebook) — for Messenger delivery. Subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic — for AI language model inference. Messages are processed through Anthropic's API in accordance with their data processing terms.
